Crooked business
As I was moving in secveral other renters toldvv bc me stories, and a couple happened at that time, about this place locking their things off from them for no reason and selling their stuff, or just doing them dirty in generally. I never took it too seriously but suddenly 3 was into my lease they delivered me a removal letter and I had a week to get out or so. When I asked them why they someone was sleeping in my unit. When denied it, they specified that it was that very day they were speaking of and allegedly when I took a load downstairs, the friend I had helping me was seen sleeping in the chair in my unit. He had been helping me and I had only been downstairs for 10 min. So on the night I was supposed to be out my help didn’t show up, so I was there just after closing. They came n told me put the stuff back n they would work either me the next day to get my things. The never returned a call and I had no access to the building after that. Today I got an outrageous bill, charging me again for the initial month., a second month despite my out date being 3 days into the month, AND prorated rate for the 3 days!!?? Seems very shady and crooked to me. They come off as kind and friendly though…?!

What a Joke
This place has gone down hill in the last 6 months or So It's Dirty The Bathroom is gross never any toilet paper in there The bay door on the Eastside of building has been broken since Novemberof 23.They have raiesd the rent again,However what do the customers get in return?? Not a Dann Thing.The floor's are so nasty the elevator is Nasty.The second floor has a non-stop beeping sound that's been beeping for the last few months.As for climate control?
That's false advertising.Theres no way in Hell it's climate controlled.You have all these facilities,That look really great.Except this one It's become the Same as it used to be
Nasty.I don't understand how they can justify a rent increase .
I could say a lot more about this place.But that will all come out soon enough.

The unit was good
They said $17 a month and 1 free month.. cost $60/70 move in and sent me a bill for $30 the second week after getting it for the next month smh🤬🤬🤬😤😤

Quick and reasonably priced! Friendly staff!
Kayla, the gal I met with to finalize my unit, was awesome! Super friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. My only issues with this facility are with the building/design itself. The lighting is very poor in parts of the 2nd floor, and units have very little light filtering in from the aisle lights. Low clearance and obstacles like vertical i-beams inside some units take space away.

I rented to storage until my house is ready the only thing is they need more than two carts cause waiting on others to complete there move was the only thing I didn't like but other than that it is a good place to storage

Great place and good location
Storage unit itself is very clean.
It seems to be a busy place so the 2 carts they have for moving aren't enough. They definitely need a couple more. Customer service rep was super friendly and the process was very easy and the pricing is great considering this time in the economy.

Dawn, the employee at the office was AWESOME & SUPER FRIENDLY!!
The overall experience wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bad but it was a little difficult pulling in to the bay as there was a huge junk truck from a customer in the way & they looked alittle sketchy. I may/may not utilize CubeSmart again as I was alone unloading my boxes & kinda nervous. I think there shud be someone manning a security desk in the hallways of the cubes, most definitely.

The staff was curtious and the storage area was clean and easy to get into.
Overall this business is topnotch for customer service. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends if they are in need of a storage unit. Great service!!!!

so far so good an the general manager was amazing
only thing I can complain about it the doorway size of my unit! makes it hard to get furniture in especially since I'm on the 2nd floor! but all in all great place an general manager was sweet an very informative!

Overall a good experience once I was able to contact someone
I had some issues with moving in due to being short staffed and no one in the office during business hours. Once I was finally able to get someone the system was down. Overall the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with making sure I was having my needs met. The facility is nice and clean I would definitely recommend in the future.

Brand New, Nice Layout, Friendly Staff
Victoria was awesome. Gave a nice tour of the facility and showed several different units so we could make the right decision on size. She even made suggestions on rental strategy when it came to deciding between a 5x5 and a 5x10. Ultimately went with the 5x5 and it was perfect. Thanks Victoria!!
