Excellent service at a nice facility!

I booked online because of the price. When I got there, everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Kanoe. She showed me the unit I reserved, then showed me a better option for a very small price increase. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

Great service and easy to do

I reserved for a different unit online but ended up having to upgrade to a bigger unit. They were immediately able to show me the unit and process papers once I agreed. Rules are easy and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to find your unit with the map. Security is set up with codes so no one whoﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not supposed to enter can get access. Self service hours are also nice.

Clean with easy access

Facility is climate controlled and well maintained. Move in was easy. Carts are available at loading area. Two large elevators make it possible to move large amounts of goods all at once. Loading area is out of the weather.

Reliable, easy, worry free storage with friendly and helpful staff.

I have used this facility 3 times now and have always found it to be a simple move in process and easy to access. My things are secure and the staff is always very helpful. They have autopay options so I do not have to worry about remembering to pay rent and can have peace of mind while I store my items.

Great storage facility -- exactly what I was looking for

I needed to store my vehicle for 5 weeks while I was out of town. Parking lot options were absurdly expensive, so I looked for a storage facility. With this facility, I could access the car any time I wanted (very useful since I flew back in at 11pm) and the facility was happy to pro rate for a few days in the next month (instead of charging me for two full months). Very friendly staff, car was kept safe and secure, overall great experience.

The storage unit facility was great, no complaints. The only issue was that we were under the impression the unit was 20/month but there was a 10 hidden fee that we found out about when we arrived. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a dealbreaker but it would have been good to know.

Totally awesone team of employees

I was greeted with such an awesome team of employees the day I went in to get a storage unit prompt service a very very clean atmosphere and I didn't have to waste any of my time waiting the employees were very knowledgeable and had me set up with a unit and in and out of there in no time

All staff I have encountered have been more than excellent. The facility is very clean, easy access, but yet still secure. I appreciate the professionalism because now I don't have to worry about my stuff, but if I ever need it I know it won't be a hassle to reach. impressed with how clean and organized it is

I however do not like how it smells so badly of cigarettes in the unit area. I am afraid that my stuff will smell like it. Also it was weird to me that someone was in their storage unit playing video games like it was a man cave... Everything classy except those two concerns.
