Public Storage - Great value Convenient Location
Thus far, Public Storage has been a great experience. When I was researching storage facilities, Public Storage had the best and most competitive price as well as convenient location. The property manager was warm, helpful and honest. The facility was clean, secure and well kept. I am very pleased with my decision to rent a storage unit with this company and more importantly at this location.

Excellent Service!! Very friendly staff!! My moving company was being a pain and Donvon (I think that was his name) helped guide them in. Then Shenera & Lymia ended helping me find another unit right on the spot. Customer Service was top notch!! Kudos to the Saturday staff on 9/2/2017!! The helped me out BIG time!!

Tried to make me get optional services.
The office staff was polite. However, they tried to force me to get the optional services like insurance by just adding it on and telling me that I had to put insurance on my storage unit, which I knew was not true. There was also a trainee there and if thats the way they train new employees, you all should reconsider current employees.
