IF YOU STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE, THEY MAY BE STOLEN. I had two units in opposite sides of the storage facility. They both were broken into. I spoke with other tenants whose units were also broken into. One of my units was broken into twice because management refused to fix the holes the walls that the thieves punched through to get to several units in a row. I eventually moved everything to another facility nearby. I sent a letter to the facility and the corporate office and neither responded.

One complaint
Only complain was that the plate that holds the lock was broken..missing a screw, which I feel that should have been noticed before assignment unit to me. Not sure how long it will take to be replaced, was good my items should be ok in unit.

Disappointing
I requested 10x15. I wasn’t not aware that I would be getting two units. Both units were dirty. I to spend 1hr sweeping and taking out trash out the unit. I was also told that I would have a “welcome package” and two locks which I was charged for. I didn’t get anything but two dirty units. Nobody was there all 4 times I went to the unit. I called the storage unit phone number and no one answered the phone. I contacted customer service also they stated someone would call me but no one has called.

Not satisfied at all
I booked this unit over the phone and that was the worst think I could have ever done. The guy over the phone I told me that the storage was for a 3 bedroom full furnished house. I had professional movers to move my things while I was working about 45 mins away. I have the movers the storage number and access code. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get to my phone while the movers were calling so they started moving my things in. It was literally a hallway! The unit was so small not even half of my things could fit. I had to end up purchasing another unit so now I have 2 units itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very frustrating!

smart storage design
We've used two other storage facilities in the area and this seems to be the best set up. We didn't like the indoor facility because it requires me to get approval to have the access I need and want so that had to go. We had one outdoor facility with lanes so small if someone came down your lane while you were doing a big move or something you had to literally stop what you were doing and move to let them by.
This facility fixes both of those AND gives you separate spacing for better storage! Very happy.
Con are the holes in the walls.

Albeit a little uncharge, my overall my experience was very good.
Cube Smart was just that a smart choice for me. The customer service and design of my cube was just what I needed and I successfully put away my belongings. The cube appeared to be clean and free from creepy crawlers or rodents. Thanks Cube Smart.

The online reservation was easy. I received a confirmation phone call from the site manager within 30 min. (website says within 24 hours) Very pleasant, answered all my questions. Made my reservation time for 9am but had to move to later in the day. I called and there were no issues! Very Happy!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE
Though its kindve pricey for an outside unit. They was very friendly, very quick, and helpful. And the unit and lot was nice and spacious. And even though there was a mixup with the FREE truck with movein. It is FREE, however u had only ur first 50miles & 4hrs time limit, to get it back to the place. Before free become, .79per miles afterwards and $100 every hour over the 4hour slot.. They honored what was promised after viewing recording, without giving me a hard time. Over all i would definitely refer anyone who needs to move and store items, to them. I LOVE IT! Thanks sparefoot.com for suggesting them!

I was not made aware through the website that the storage units had lofts in them so when I arrived I had to change unit sizes. I also had to wait an hour before the one worker was able to help me. That being said, the worker was incredibly friendly and nice.

Lofted units make for a great deal

lingering gate entry during early and late hours when office is not staffed makes me feel somewhat vulnerable when entering or exiting or at my storage area--probably most of all. Even when the office is staffed, I don't believe they are always focused on who is entering. I know there is a camera, but they will not be very helpful until after an incident.

Overall experience was very good
The overall experience was good. I would have liked the phone reservationist to have more details so I didn't have to make additional calls before deciding if I wanted the unit. Also, when I moved in, many of the exterior lights were out (including the one over my unit) so we couldn't see into the unit as well since it was night time. And it makes me question the security a little.

My overall experience fell short of my expectation for two reasons: 1. Your ad promised I would be able to reserve a truck as part of my rental. My buying decision was motivated by, and my budget allocation made based on this promise in your ad. When it was time to move in I was informed that no truck was available for customer use at this location. As a result, I incurred an additional cost of around $100.00 for truck rental, of which I shared with my roommate. 2. The area on the site where the my unit is located has insufficient lighting, (several of the utility lights were out), this could present security concerns for customer accessing their units after dark, given that the individual units have no lights. I believe that by soliciting the customer's feedback regarding their experience that Cube Storage value each and every one.
