Nice Facility

Nice clean facility and an excellent location. My only issue was them not honoring the price on the signage. It advertised $1 first month and I was told the sign was broken and they had not been able to get it fixed. I put this honest opinion out in December and I was called by a manager to explain that my unit did not qualify for that special yet that was not noted anywhere on the website or the marquee that the special applied to certain units.

I was involved in an accident on...

I was involved in an accident on 12/14/2019. It was a hit and run accident. Apparently the person who hit me is a customer at Public Storage @ 820 Fairburn Rd. I informed the office and I was told a report was made. Haven't heard any feedback from management and it makes me feel my case is not important because nothing has been addressed. For thus to be a huge worldwide company, I expected better service than I've been given.
