Nice public storage nice customer...but one proplem

Nice public storage nice customer service the only problem all location have the same problem after office hours you can't find aTrolley Cart because you can't use it after the office close to help you for moving your stuff to the storage unit so be ready for Back Pain if you don't have trolley cart

Sarah and Jasper are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the facility and they size I need. The have amazing personalities and made this experience a fun and easy going experience. In fact when my movers didn't think my items would fit in the space they directed them how to get in the space. Truly an above all experience, and suggest everyone come visit this fabulous women. best customer service I have experience in a very long time.

Today I came in to pick up some boxes and packing material for my move. I've not really used a storage system before. But after speaking to one of the workers Sarah, who was extremely helpful and just 'real'.. i now have plans to come back in and start a storage service for some of the things i dont want to get rid of but can't find a place for in my new place. Very nice place!

I had a wonderful experience with the service at this particular Public Storage. I recently made a big move and finding ways to deal the excess furniture and personal belongings was a bit stressful it being so last minute. Working in customer service myself for many years, the professionalism I saw in two of the employees both Sarah and Tiwauna blew me away. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and highly accommodating due to my situation. I highly recommend this location as a company in which to store your property. Specifically due to the outstanding customer service! If you are assisted by either of these women, you will definitely be in good hands!
