I rent 1058 space, the main door has the knob security broke, atesora the moment has not been fixed, I request urgent action to reeplace it.
Please, let me know when this will be replaced, i show in person to the employee the issue and told that need be ordered. When????

Very helpful
I was able to make a reservation for one dollar for first month rent. When I got to the facility two days later, they said that unit was no longer available. They did not have any units available for the deal so I ended up paying $150 more than I expected. I do not like when there are gotchas like that. Otherwise everything else went fine.

Revised Review
After speaking with management and front desk, I have to say that I am revisiting my previous rating. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and being a Property Mgr myself, I understand sometimes things happen when youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not there to correct them. Renters should be responsible and respectful enough to take care of the facility and clean up after themselves. Staff could not be nicer and I give them kudos for dealing with what they do on a daily basis.

Online summary
We decided to go with this particular location because we saw that the first month was only $1 however, upon reserving and paying for the unit I was charged almost $300. I absolutely had to move into storage that day and really didn't budget nor could I afford to pay that amount the first month. I was disappointed with the price.

I have a temp controlled unit. My concern is what stops someone from ripping off the bracket on the thin plywood inner door. The key lock is worthless if the bracket holding it is not secure?

Plea for a clean bathroom

Excellent Service, Knowledgable and Professional Staff
Initially rented a non-climate controlled unit for summer storage. Subsequently purchased a sofa and required a climate controlled unit. Staff was professional, courteous and helpful in in locating the new storage unit and transfer of paperwork to the new unit. Transaction was efficient and quick.

Most friendly & knowledgable staff!
The ladies in the front office were so helpful. They asked questions to determine my needs. They showed me different size units to see which one I'd prefer. They explained everything so well. They even called me a week later to see if I had any questions or concerns. Amazing

Don't push insurance!
I reserved a 5x5 storage room. The clerks in the office were very attentive and pleasant. I was bothered by their pushing of insurance, a monthly cost that would have increased my charge by 40%. They back off only when you tell them you have homeowner's insurance. The "required" insurance is not mentioned in the online information or advertising about prices. Other than that, the check in process was good, with my clerk giving me a ride to the unit to show me everything. The unit is not the advertised 5x5. The unit was clean and dry, but I didn't notice climate control running.
