Easy process - Super nice staff
First time I ever rented storage so not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire process. Easy online reservations. Monthly rental agreement with a discount for the first month. Best part was the staff! They were super friendly and helpful. Provided me several recommendations for my RV storage - photos before you leave in case someone bumps it, face the front out in case the battery drains and you need a jump and use the app to open the gate as you are approaching. Security looks good.

BAIT AND SWITCH USED ON ME FOR PRICE
Great location, easy access, and decent price...or so I thought. I made an appt when they quoted $295/mo. Then accepted the warehouse, and the guy said just rent it next day (clearly because someone else would be working and he avoided doing the paperwork himself). Then, next day, after i had already loaded a truck, they revealed just as I was about to move in, that the "price" would go up after 6 mos. They quoted a discount, and once you get all your stuff in there, they raise it as much as they like.
I don't know about you, but i call that dishonesty. Pissed me off. They should have told me that up front, before I had all my stuff in a puckup truck and it was threatening rain.

After having many issues trying to close on a house I was forced to find a large storage unit to store my entire home contents in. I was running into finding anything large enough until I found Cube Smart in Stuart. They not only were able to accommodate me with the size I needed, I was able to move in that day. Everything was conveniently done over the internet but then I got a call from a wonderful employee there named Lilly and she was so nice and helped me get settled in and really made the whole move process so much more pleasant for me.

Mario was so nice on the phone and so willing to help me...when I should up, I was treated with the same service and I would like to say that he definitely represents what you would want in a employee..

Pleasant helpful employees as had to rent a space from out of town by phone sight unseen. Confirmations and reminders sent me by email. So very helpful after arriving from a 4 hour drive! Unit was clean and personnel answered any questions and guided us to unit. Highly recommend!
