Renting a storage space was quick! We had a good welcome at the front desk. The reservation can also be made online. And I really appreciated having the 1st month free on the rush for moving.

My experience has been good
My experience has been good. My only doubt is I sometimes need an electrical outlet to work on my trailer and I can't find anyone to help me with that.

They Rock
Sometimes I don't actually hear what's being said I hear only what I want to hear I understood on the phone that because of the Coronavirus the $24 would be waived but apparently that's not what they said and that's okay with me because the customer service it's more than a five story gets a 10 star and I feel very safe going there even alone...thank you so much!

Excellent service at a reasonable price.
Can recommend as service was prompt and I was contacted by manager ahead of time to answer my questions. Inside unit I booked seems safe and dry. Plenty of space. Entry details sent to me promptly.

Staff really accomodatiing and helpful
Staff really accomodatiing and helpful. Not many choices for parking that doesn't have trees causing dirt and debris which damages the camper. Current site is good. Truck next to me has mirrors that extent into my rented site. My camper is higher than the mirror so my site is smaller than I am paying for. This is the second time this has happened. When sites are rented to tractors, the mirrors need to be collapsed so they do not occupy spaces in the spaces next to them.

Would recommend this location to anyone!
Debbie was incredibly helpful and informative. The space was as large as advertised and clean. Climate control was adequate, and I did not see any pests while moving things in and out.

Downsizing was a snap!
Nearly opposite my space of ten years was a smaller space, which inspired me to segregate some of my belongs for disposal while making the transition from a ten by twenty to a ten by fifteen space.

Nice property
Nice well-maintained facility, climate control buildings are kept at a low-humidity cool temperature. Property manager is friendly and attentive/responsive to issues pointed out both in unit and in storage building. The downside is she tried to charge me for a $21 lock without asking if I had one. Word of advise is always ask for a breakdown of the fees before you pay. Overall, I am pleased with facility, staff and location. Will be returning for future storage needs.
