Remarkably courteous and professional
I frequently buy units at auction at many different facilities, and the experiences differ with each and every one of them. My experience with Public Storage on Alafaya rd in Oveido was one of the better ones I have thus far been through! The facility manager Christine was outstanding at her position and the responsibilities that any facility should expect or need. Not only was everything timely and organized, but also very welcoming and delightful. She was very friendly and helpful and the front office,bathrooms, and property were very clean and up kept! It's always a pleasure when you can see that employees have the integrity to take pride in their job. I definitely will be bidding at this facility again.

Good location but needs more security
Did not feel safe at the location. I was the only person on site which is okay but two men appeared to “utilize” the facility and BOTH decided to urinate on the property in front of me near one of the entrances into the building with no regards. If they’re were a security on grounds especially at night, things like this could be avoided.

Noli is the most outstanding customer rep at this facility!!!!
Noli helped my move in experience better in every single way possible, she is THE BEST!!!!!! Moving can be super stressful and a hassle, and she just helped my transition go so much smoother by being so kind and easy to talk and helped me get into my unit with ease rather than feeling even more stressed out and frantic like I have felt in the past. She is one of those people that you thank your lucky stars to meet and is an absolute ANGEL! Count yourself lucky if you have her check you in, she will make you feel so welcome and is that their store can be your temporary home away from home. She did an AMAZING job and has outstanding customer service- yaﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll need to get this girl a RAISE or bump her up to manager because of her incredible people and communication skills!!!!

Clean, Affordable, & Close to UCF
I moved into my 5x10 unit. Contactless so that was nice. The app is handy and opens gates for you. The 5x10 is not quiet 5x10 but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close. The indoor hallways are narrow which can make moving large items difficult.
Overall, it was clean and worked for me so I am satisfied.

Very easy and direct
Very easy to reserve and pay for the storage. The email gave me enough information to find my storage without needing person to person contact which was helpful. I wish the doors had a stopper to help when bringing large items in.

Great on boarding process
They basically hold your hand through the on boarding process and explain everything along the way. One negative I have is insurance is required so your fee is really $15 more than advertised.

I had a great experience at Public Storage! Moving can be so stressful but Tocarra at this location made finding a storage unit easy and even fun with her great personality and expert knowledge. I would like to say that I am extremely happy with the service I received from the personnel at your facility. The person that helped me was Tocarra and she was very professional and so helpful. Tocarra was very accommodating in trying to find me the particular storage space that I needed. She was friendly and knowledgeable about her job which made it easy for me. I would recommend anyone to this storage facility and specially to ask for Tocarra when looking for storage space. When I first called on the phone I received the same friendly and helpfulness from her and then when I went in person it just proved how lucky I was to have chosen Public Storage, but even luckier to have Tocarra as the person to help me.

Love the place, needed a storage unit fast and told Tocarra I needed one fast for some personally belongings. She recommended a 5x10 and we went to look at the unit and it was the perfect size. She got the unit for me and everything within 30 minutes.

From the moment I stepped into the office and spoke with Tacoma I knew I had chosen the right place to store my things. She was polute, knowledgeable and efficient. So far so good.
I've been renting a unit for almost a month. The employees working there are friendly and competent. Richard was very helpful. They required me to take out an insurance policy when I moved in, but later refunded it when I brought back a copy of a home owner's policy that covers the unit.
