First i may say,i am a new customer to life storage.
The moment that I walked in the storage,everything is in order and well organized...the young man by the name of Jeffrey p,he was such a help and great customer service.
Jeffrey explained the storage rules,regulations and etc!so,i did rent a storage room,and left the building happy.

I am very happy with the storage facility. It is easy to find. It's close to the highway. There is a place to drive your car into, to be able to unload. There are wheeling carts you can use.

Why are prices so high for such small spaces? If you had better prices for smaller spaces, even though we own a home with a garage, we would store more things in storage units. Its convenient when not so expensive.

Years ago when I really one of your spaces I'm sure I was told that I had a one-time-only lifetime customer service charge nowadays you don't know anything about it I don't know where you keep your records but I was skeptical at the time when I did it the first time. Now there's nobody knows what I was talking about.

I'm glad I chose this srorage . I was offered others at a lower price.
It's a new faculty with new technology. It has security gates to lock you in while loading and unloading during the day or at night. It's 2 min off I-95. The staff is very helpful.

Best customer service I have received in a long time!
I reserved a unit with a staff member at this location, her name is Nicole. I just want to say how helpful she was in assisting me. She was very professional, she showed us the unit, explained all the charges and even gave us a promotional discount we had no idea of. I will definitely recommend Bob's storage to any family and friends.
