QUICK... EASY... AND CHEAP!

This place saved me. I found myself at the last minute moving from Miami to Orlando. The help that promised that they were going to be there wasn't of course. And so I had to move to plan B very fast. I found a cheap unit that wasn't too big for the little extras that I did have. Customer service was awesome. I picked an outside unit, and the rep made sure to blow out the debris before me moving in. Awesome experience!

Service was excellent (Ramon)!

Pricing was good, but customers must add to the quoted price the two following items: a $9.99 fee for the small keychain attachment that gives customers access to the facility/elevator. Also, insurance is required. I was not advised of either charges. I am unable to render comment reference security, as I did not see any security, but there are cameras.

I found the company through a name-your-price storage bidding internet site. Their price was great, the facility is great in almost every way, and the staff are will trained, and very friendly. My only complaint was that the first month rent for $1 is decidedly misleading. Unless you begin your rent at the beginning of a calendar month, that pro-rate your free rent period, and thus they initially would only give me less than half a month free. I strongly objected . There was no mention of that in their quote to me. But they wouldn't budge. So I signed, but I told the nice representative that I would be taking the matter up the line, and possibly even into the media. Well, shortly after I left, I was told that I would be issued a credit so that I received a full month's credit. All is well that ends well!
