Elevator was broken now billing is a disaster
I rented an upstairs unit and moved a few things in the day before my big move of all my furniture. I returned the next day with a U-Haul full of furniture and 1 hour to return the truck only to find there was a sign advising that the elevator was out of service and there was no access to the stairs. I asked the lady at the front why there was no access to the stairs and she told me because the doors were locked. Not only is that ridiculous but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a fire hazard! I told her the truck was due back now in less than an hour and my things are already upstairs. She agreed to give me a temporary downstairs unit but the problem i live 9 hours away so I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t just come back and move stuff whenever they decide to get it together! She worked it out to have one of my family members come get my stuff from upstairs, move it to the downstairs unit and I cancel the upstairs one, not perfect but better than nothing. I asked her if I would owe anything she told me absolutely not because I already paid all my start up fees for the upstairs unit. Everything is moved, unfortunately I get the truck back late because of this delay but at this point I just want everything done. The next day I get a call saying Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m late on my bill! No notes in the system advising the girl who called me or the situation. I now see in my app I owe money for the downstairs unit! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been calling to try and figure this out but no answer so hopefully this review will prompt someone to contact me! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a 3pm appointment
I had a 3pm appointment, I ended up having to wait nearly 25 minutes in the lobby. The unit I rented has a column in it, so I'm losing a few cubic feet and received no discount. Also, I was required to purchase insurance even though I have my own insurance already. My overall experience was just average

I am so please with friendly, kind, welcoming service I received at this Public Storage facility. Cindy was so kindhearted and caring. My truck was late, so I could not make it to the storage on time. She called me to check that I was still interested in the storage and to remind me that the storage closes at 5:00 P.M. However, it was 4:55 ans I was several minute from the facility. I had my things on the truck headed there. I asked her to kindly wait for me and she did.
Cindy was pleasure, very professional and understanding. I cannot tell you how this Lady made my day!; after being tired and hungry. I highly recommend this facility. Sometime, we forget how hard it is for people in customer service positions. The disrespect and brutality they endure because they are not able to give everyone what they want only because they do not have the power to do so. For that reason, I needed to take the time to write this review. I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding and outstanding service I received. Thank you, Cindy. convenience and great customer service
I'm in the middle of doing some home renovations so needed a place for short term storage. I went to one of your properties but they didn't have the type of unit I was looking for. The young man was extremely helpful. He checked another property and saw they had what I needed. He gave me the address, directions, phone number, etc. The employee at the second property was every bit as nice, helpful and welcoming. It makes life a whole lot easier when dealing with GREAT customer service.

EXCELLENT BUT COSTLY FACILITY
HELLO THERE-- EASY ACCESS OF PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY MAKES IT VERY UTILITARIAN- OUR SPACE OF 15' X 10' IS NOW ALMOST FULL OF ITEMS WE WILL TRIAGE AFTER OUR DOWNSIZIING MOVE----, AT OVER $200 PER MONTH RENTAL FEE- IT IS A FINANCIAL BURDEN, BUT A MUCH NEEDED PLACE TO STORE OUR "STUFF" IN THE INTERIM-- ALL IN ALL IT IS WORTH THE $ TO KNOW THE ITEMS TO BE GONE OVER A LATER DATE ARE IN SAFE HAVEN FOR NOW ....
