Clean and new facility
Sometimes the property manager is not at this location, but you can find someone down the street at the nearby location who are very helpful. Place is nice and clean. You can get in the gate just with the app, no need to open your car window especially if it's raining ðŸ‘

Super Service and Very easy
Found this facility online and reserved the unit there. Then went to facility and everything was just like they said. Totally open and honest. The place was super clean too Everyone was very helpful and made putting my stuff in storage very easy. Loved the price!

The only reason I gave a 3 was because...
The only reason I gave a 3 was because the deal I had i was suppose to pay a $1 for the rental. When I got there the gentleman behind the desk said I had to pay administration fee of $25, which I thought was wrong.

I chose Public storage on line. Very friendly and helpful over the phone. When I got to Florida,I realized that I needed a larger unit. One came available and was an easy change of units. This happened the same day my household goods from Washington state.

The gentleman who attended us was kind
The gentleman who attended us was kind, courteous and accommodating. He made sure we had the storage place to fit our needs. He even moved us to a better one when he noticed a light was out and we would be moving in immediately. Thank you.

The employees were very helpful n knowledgeable But the facility is in need of repair , the grounds were dirty, the roof leaks in the bldg were we had a unit There is no on site manager , and the young lady really needs a golf cart to service more efficiently

I've been renting at this location for over 5 years on and off. The manager Stephanie is great. She is friendly and has saved me money every time I've rented. Her and the others take care of the property well. I definitely recommend this location

Prices were great and so was the customer service.
They helped me decide what type of space I needed and the price was great! I was helped by an employee, Stephanie, who was awesome and nice. Answered all our questions and worries and made sure we were comfortable with everything. It was fast and easy and I recommend to anybody and everybody!
