Felt very safe and comfortable with the property.

Wonderful couple who manage the property on Shad Rd. Friendly and very considerate towards my sisters and our needs as we sold our parent's home. My son, Stephen Frick, with Synovous Bank, spoke very highly of Ash Properties. We definitely knew we were in good hands once we met Bryan and his wife who live on site. Thank you, Colleen B. Frick

Everything was awesome. Location super clean. Old man was not

I called 3 weeks in advance. I am super organized and very very early to get everything done. I received an email with a copy of the floor plan. Also pre selected my storage unit which I have documented in an email. They gave that unit away. I had to pay more to the movers to move much farther in the storage facility. That was not fair or right. We had made prearranged plans with you. Then the old man who helped me had no knowledge of the products or services. I knew more than he knew. It took forever! I had to help guide him. The location was great. Super clean. I loved everything but the older gentlemen took forever. I changed my info because u don't want anyone at the facility to know who I am and why I'm complaining. Very dissatisfied. I had no choice but to move in.

Great Managers - Convenient Location

The managers have gone above and beyond to be helpful every time I have set foot on the property. The office person was extremely helpful when I brought in my online coupons and questions, she helped me make the best choice for my needs. While unloading the truck the gentleman came out and triggered the doors to stay unlocked. Very nice experience.
