Great customer service
The staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially Carl who we dealt with. Did not have a problem getting in and getting set up. It was clean and very secure. would definitely use them again.

Definitely Use This Facility!
Mark's communication was great, he called to make sure we were coming. He is very friendly and very efficient. He explained the entire process for our storage unit.

Amazing facility and customer service
From my first phone call, Carl has been incredibly friendly and super-helpful. He helped me through the process of finding a unit to fit our needs and has gone above and beyond from start to finish in securing it. The facility itself is secure, spotless and well set up. Great customer service
We had trouble with the touch screen. It required a lot more than a mere touch. The lady who helped by phone (from Arizona) was wonderful. She was very helpful and very friendly.

Moving and need a place to store stuff
We're retiring and moving to the area; we needed a place to store stuff from our old house while we decided what to keep and what to get rid of. The security of the site (fenced and individual alarms) is what sold us on this facility. The price is reasonable, and the staff very helpful.
