Great service and very nice facility
Mike was incredibly helpful. He showed me a couple of units and after explaining what I was planning on storing he helped me pick the perfect unit. He was very patient and understanding that I needed extra help with explanations. Amazing facilities and Mike was the best employee. Recommend 10 out of 10

The manager onsite was really nice. I'm super busy, and I had to rent the site unseen. He actually upgraded me to a better unit for like $1 more per month. He was very hospitable, and this is SO much nicer than my former unit in Hamden.

Miracle
I had been in a long-term storage up in North Haven for about a year, split between 2 units. Rent increases and reduction in customer service was my experience. So, I decided to shop around for storage and found CubeSmart. Best decision. The gentleman at the counter was terrific. The price can't be beat, especially since I'm saving by combining two units into one large space. It couldn't have come at a better time for me, and as most of you may experience, living costs are significant and steep, especially if you're a solo parent. So as my one-line summary states: it was a miracle to find CubeSmart. What money I was paying out to the other place I can direct toward my kids, and that's a good feeling. THANK YOU, CubeSmart!

Vehicle storage
I was looking for a clean , safe and cost efficient storage place to keep my vehicle and found it with Cube Smart Branford. Front desk person was great will definitely refer anyone to them and will use them again

The customer service agent was very helpful
I needed to rent a storage unit because I am down sizing due to the loss of my husband. The costumer service agent was knowledgeable about her job, & very helpful. I would of given more star rating however I think it's over priced
I have no lighting inside my unit. Also there is a plug outside that doesn't work. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.

Great place with good rates.
I checked out the unit ahead of time and was told I could fill out paperwork, pay and move in same day. I called the day before planning on moving in to verify the unit was still available. I had a uhaul rented and my stuff packed. The attendant for the following day had just called out sick. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it down from RI in time to fill out paperwork before they closed. Bianca met me after hours to finalize the transaction. Had she not done that I would have had the truck rented with no place to move into. If Bianca had not gone above and beyond I would have had a very bad experience with cube smart. Instead I had a great experience and owe it completely to Bianca.
