Excellent service by the team, space was clean and ready.
They were most helpful in arranging and checking in with us as I was moving my possessions in. Made sure I had the correct lock by providing the recommended one at a very reasonable price! Great service, clean unit and friendly people made the relocation easy.

Frustrating experience
I called the number and told the person who answered my name and that I wanted a 5x5 unit at the 100 Valency Drive location. He sent me a confirmation email and gave me another number to call to "complete the reservation." I called the second number and the guy took my name and said something about trying to find my information. He put me on hold, and 2 minutes later a pre-recorded voice asked me to rate my customer experience from 1 to 5. I said "one" a couple times, and the voice said "I don't understand you." So I hung up and called again. I got a different guy this time and gave him all my information. We had everything set, until he told me that my rental period would start today, not on April 29 (a difference of 2 weeks). I told him I didn't want it today; I wanted it April 29. He said "well, we only have a couple units left, and they'll be gone by the 29th." I told him to cancel the order. 30 minutes after I hung up a guy called me from the actual facility who said my unit was all ready for me to move in today. I told him I thought I had canceled the order. He said he understood and would cancel the order for me. Everyone I talked to was professional, but I don't think they heard me when I said I didn't need the unit until April 29. The problem is the corporate model. You should just be able to talk to someone at the physical facility and have everything taken care of.

Good value for cost with friendly customer care
My units handle was very rusted and difficult to open, but inside was clean. Acceptable price for size of unit. Online rental process was difficult at first, but customer care helped and stayed on the line the entire process.

Clean, very pleasant staff.
Staff communicated well with moving company when delivering household to storage unit from out of state.I moved from Minnesota to Colorado and had made reservations for storage unit by phone through Tanner. He was very pleasant to work with and helped put me at more ease with this cross country transition.

Great customer service with the best price in Loveland!
Tanner was extremely helpful and patient during the paperwork process. Having to do everything via phone right now instead of in person was relatively easy, and he was very pleasant to work with over the phone.
The price for the 10x10 space was by far one of the cheapest in the area and they also had an online special which made it ever cheaper!

Quick, efficient, helpful, and friendly staff. Low prices. Clean unit.
I was very impressed by the low prices, but I was also a little skeptical. I went in to talk to the staff in person, and asked many questions to double check on what I had been told over the phone. Everything checked out! The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I got to see the unit, and it was swept clean. I very much like this facility.

Propery Manager was much more helpful than I'd anticipated!
I booked my unit online for a reduced rate. When I went in, I didn't realize that I needed to pay for three months in order to receive the reduced rate. The manager apologized and went in to change my rate for the first month in order to keep in line with what I'd planned on paying. Excellent customer service, and I will happily recommend this place!
