Seems like a bait and switch set up

I booked a 10' x 20' unit online via SpareFoot for $199/month. However, when I arrived at the storage unit I was told that for that price I could get two 10' x 10' units and that if I wanted a 10' x 20' unit the price would be $245/month. Since I needed the larger unit for some larger items, I rented the more expensive unit, but the rate is not what SpareFoot quoted.

One of the best storage units for your money

I chose this storage unit because the price per month was cheaper than a lot of other local places. They have large units that other places didn't have neither. We were able to walk in and get a unit. Both personnels inside were very nice. The first month you get half off which is a great deal. I'd have to dock off a star because they use to do the Free Moving Truck promo that they ended and they DONT have a dumpster on-site that everyone can use.

Nothing to assist worked. Carts and dollies were all down and no cups for the water fountain. Otherwise, good.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, safe and secure.

I rent a climate controlled and an outside unit. Both are perfect for what I need to store. The free use of their truck was a great help and a big money safer too. And I can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfuliness of the staff.
