Wonderful experience at Bolsa Chica Self Storage!

Extremely good experience **
Had a tragic situation occur, needed to get a storage unit in a rush. Paula was super helpful over the phone, drove there the next day and she helped me out, took me to see the units. The place is extremely secure and you need codes everywhere so I feel good leaving my belongings in this facility. Great price compared to a few others nearby but the service is what stood out to me first & foremost.

Outstanding value, staff & facility
True story: Under the gun, I had less than 48 hours to relocate my possessions. Jumped online late Friday, reserved the "Best buy of my life" unit in under 8 minutes.
Arrived noonish next day. All paperwork, tour, purchases, loading then unloading both units (from 10X20 to 5x10) two times,
single-handedly from NB to HB was done on that same day by 6:30pm. Couldn't have had a more seamless day moving anything! The value, an efficient, friendly staff with a genuine concern for your belongings.
I have no doubt I made the right decision choosing Bolsa Chica Self Storage. I would recommend this facility to the President of the US! (If I had voted for him) Regardless, you get my point.

I found Bolsa Chica Self Storage online and saw that it had great price points, move in specials, an amazing staff that gave me a tour and helped me get through my paperwork within 5 minutes, equipment to use at the site to move items to your unit, supplies available for packaging, etc., and showed me around the premises and how to use all key pads at entry and exit. It's extremely clean and guarded with 24 hr. surveillance and easy to access.

My experience at Bolsa Chica Self Storage allowed me to know it is possible to eliminate fears and worries dealing with my physical vulnerabilities (small female) when accessing my stored belongings. A previous experience at Public storage down the street from this facility did the opposite! Being that their staff left at 6, and the actual closure was 3hours after, I kept jumping at the first sound I heard, or thought I heard. The best part about Bolsa Chica though, is the physical enclosure of my unit. Being that bugs and I don't get along too well, the comfortable state of mind I enjoy while there...is priceless.

I moved from AZ to CA, just me and sister to unload a U Haul. The manager was speedy and efficient and another employee helped us move somethings and showed us around the unit. I was exhausted and they made this so easy.
