Jesus saves!

Jesus was professional w friendly demeanor and informative of all policies and procedures as to prevent me from inadvertently getting locked in the facility or any other potential mishap that hits in the pocketbook I shopped around first and found this facility to be the most bamg for my buck and the facility is nice and cool to keep you that way when putting all your things in a space that looks like i was the first one to ever use it. Super clean ,highly recommend to anyone on the market for storage.

Raymond greeted me the minute I walked in. He found my scheduled rental and walked me to see the unit. He answered all my questions and was extremely professional. Another custom came in and he greeted them too and politely asked them to have a seat as he promptly finished my paperwork with me. Excellent service.

Definitely A Place to Store That Which you Value

Overall, this place is clean, climate-controlled, and well-organized. Access is limited to other areas of the building, but I understand the security measures that this entails. I would recommend this place time after time. You have to be here to experience the cleanliness and the customer service. A-1 Self-Storage has nothing on Rockvill.

My belongings have found a temporary home

The service that I received from Jesus from the moment I arrived was absolutely excellent. I viewed two different size storage units, made up my mind, went back to the front office exchanged information. Jesus printed out the paperwork I had my code, receipt and also walked out with some of the awesome treats for my volunteer family moving team (LOL) that Rockvill Storage stocks up on for the clients to the facility. The office was exceptionally clean…. There are a variety of activity games that adults or children can play if there’s a wait while other customers are serviced. The exterior of the facility for customer parking, RV, or propane service was spotless. The landscape inviting! Bottom line… I believe my belongings will be safe, I will be safe when I go there and the hours of access work perfectly for any schedule…early morning or late evening. Jesus is a keeper!!

Easy and affordable storage

I needed a small unit upon moving to San Diego and this place fit the bill. Storage is always more expensive than I would prefer but this place has a reasonable rate and the facility is clean and secure. Customer service was great and I feel like my belongings are safe.

Very quick and easy to be a new customer

We were very pleased that the process of renting a unit was so quick and easy. We had to make our move in a hurry as our friend was very ill and needing hospitalization. The place was immaculate and we felt that everything would be very secure.

CLEAN AND FELT VERY SECURE.

WAS VERY EASY TO BOOK A RESERVATION. VERY IMPRESSED AS TO HOW CLEAN AND WELL LIT FACILITY AND GROUNDS WERE. ALSO THEY HAVE ALL THE PACKING SUPPLIES YOU WOULD NEED AS WELL AS CARTS TO HELP YOU MOVE IN. THEY ALSO HAVE UHAUL RENTAL. HOURS TO ACCESS UNITS ARE 5 AM TO 8:45 PM UNLIKE OTHER SELF STORAGE FACILITIES.

Staff were able to help me clearly and efficiently. The terms of agreement were explained well. The facility was very well maintained and I felt safe going to and from the unit. They also have security cameras as well that ensure safety.

You are employed was so helpful. He Help me load the flat car and brought it up to the storage unit and helping me there also. The 2 month half of special is why I chose you in your location. Thank you for your kindness. I'm old and have trouble walking so it was delightful to get help.
