So Kind and Helpful
I had been moving that day which was very stressful from NV to Sonoma County so had already had a long drive then had to move all of my belongings to my new upstairs home so I was extremely tired
When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by a very nice and kind woman ( I am so sorry that I have forgotten your name :( )
She made the process so simple and she wanted to make sure the unit was to my satisfaction so she drove me to the unit and it was perfect
I like the fact that the facility is gated too ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Storage King of Santa Rosa My Extra Belongings I know will be safe in Storage Kings Facility

If insurance is mandatory then include it in the price. Hidden fees like "admin fee" are shady. Still it's a good facility

Easy to Reserve Beforehand
I really liked how easy and straightforward the reserving and registering was online, the day before I even got back into town. The staff are helpful and thorough as well. Honestly, it was one of the smoothest moves I've ever made.

I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe when I found this storage company online. I almost thought it was a misprint because the pricing was so much lower than everyone else. I went in, and the people were super helpful, clean place, good security, gated. Exactly what I needed.
Everybody needs storage, and why pay that high price when you can come here.

Managers, Kim and Brian, very warm and helpful!
Kim and Brian were a pleasure to meet and to work with. The facility is very clean both inside and out. I have no doubt my daughter's belongings in her space will remain safe and I am relieved that with Kim and Brian in charge, it will always be safe for my daughter to come and go as needed.

Amazing pricing
I was able to get a 8X12 for $10 more than what I was paying for a 5X5 at another facility and it has drive up access. Super happy that the place has new management and better security than when I used to use them years ago.

Gate left open. People getting robbed. No security
The gate at this location has been left open for days and no one can be reached. Multiple people have had their units broken into. There are a bunch of units that have been ransacked and left open. I'm going to jump ship as soon as possible. There is NO security at this place.

The manager Jimmy was very thorough and professional. The facility was easy to navigate and locker was clean and easy to get my vehicle in to. I like that the facility is not in the city but on the outskirts of town without walking/pedestrian traffic.
