On line prices are much much lower than at the office
Merlinda was very nice and helpful even though I caused her to have a very late lunch. Closing hours at 6pm daily not good. On line prices are very good. 26ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ truck will probably have some problems getting into the smaller units driveways which are very long and narrow. Have to buy a lock from the office for $21 which can only be used on their doors. I did a lot of shopping and their prices were the best. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how soon they will increase the rent which would affect my review.

Very clean and tidy
I never rented one before and was surprised to find such a clean and safe place. The indoor section I recieved was clean and cool, didn't expect AC. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They were very helpful and kind but i was there to pay for a storage, im a little worried about safety and how difficult it is to get in and out or to borrow a cart, im disabled with a worry of getting help when needed.

Great customer services
Maggie and the other employee are so nice and very helpful!!! They both answered all my questions and gave me a very great deal!! Excellent customer service!!! It's been years since I've had to use a storage unit, but I do remember the last time I went into the office to ask someone a few questions it was not a great experience. I'm happy to say this time the staff was so friendly and helpful!!! I just want to say thanks so much ladies!!! My only regret is that I didn't get a name for the other worker. But she gave my daughter sticker and a card! Of course that made my daughter smile!! It's nice going into a friendly atmosphere and getting a great deal!!!!! Couldn't ask for anything more!!!

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, but there was only one person working, so they had to lock the office to show a unit. Led to a significant delay in signing up for a unit. Also not a fan of the short hours

Unbelievable, Tina..here I am in Md and need storage for a daughter in Ca.. (You know who's paying the bill). You worked out a way that I could visit my Public Storage in town and the secretary in Md verified my id and charge card for you in Ca. VERY VERY HAPPY...AND when dd left her keys in the storage door in Ca. U immediately retrieved them, kept them in the office and called her AND ME to be sure we knew where they were!!! Every experience has been SOOOO positive....WHAT A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH U.
