Staff was very helpful and things for...

Staff was very helpful and things for the move in to the storage unit were very smooth. The place was ready for us. Since we just moved in, we cannot comment on the actual facility long term.

Manager Deandra is an asset to Public Storage

Deandra's customer service skills and product knowledge are excellent. She showed me a lock and I bought one when I moved in. She had a young lady who was trying out for a job. I have been trained by people with good training skills and with poor training skills. Deandra was very clear in the way she explained things AND her attitude toward the candidate was respectful.

Friendly & Efficient Service

Amanda was very helpful and friendly and showed me 3 of the available units so I could make an informed choice. The paperwork and rental process was quick and efficient and straightforward. She answered my questions directly and courteously. I would say friendly and efficient don't usually come together, but she combined them and made my experience pleasant. Thank you.

Customer Service is awesome

Customer Service is awesome. Ms. D made me really comfortable and made the whole process smooth. Also today I went in and another lady was in the office. I needed to update my credit card she took care of it quickly. So thank you to this place.

Deaundra is the best! I can always call her and get her on the phone to help me. When I moved into the unit over a year ago she went above and beyond to make sure I payed only the price I was quoted online.(others were adjusting the price and adding extra fees) I am totally comfortable calling to discuss my storage and fees with her!

Customer service was excellent.

Customer service was excellent. The manager Dawn was very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me a tour of property, showed me where my unit was and showed me how to work the lock. My grandson had fun riding the golf cart, he wanted to drive it (he's only 8 years old). We both thought that was funny. I would recommend this location to all my friends.

Initial rental experience went well. Alicia was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Seems like a well-run place, but I've only been renting there less than a week.
