Great customer service, sketchy about pricing.

We got an online deal and it did not disclose until we were signing the contract and moving in that the price may randomly jump up significantly. Felt very dishonest in the advertising online for pricing. We didn't appreciate that. The rep there was wonderful and did a fantastic job though.

I can see myself being a long-time tenant here. It was so secure that I needed my code for every door I opened, even getting out. Nowadays this is appreciated.
