Facilities were clean, staff was friendly and helpful and rates are affordable. The actual square footage of each unit is a few inches smaller than the rounded up number advertised but that's only an issue if your items are a full ten feet long.

customer service excelled when issue with storage size arose

I was originally rented a "5x8" space, however after going to the unit and measuring, it was significantly undersized (4' 2" x 7' 6"). Jazz from the rental office took care of it right away and was able to find me another space meeting the dimensions offered on the website.

Reviewing only the location in Laguna Hills, CA: good facility, although some cracks in roads and sidewalks made moving in with dollies somewhat difficult. Excellent staff who are very helpful and friendly under all circumstances.

Miguel was very patient and understanding. He took the time to show us several possibilities and was able to answer any questions we had. There was no pressure to rent. The whole process was extremely easy. Besides everything else, we got a good price on the unit. I highly recommend you try this place for storage. It is also easy access from the 5 freeway.
