Excellent Customer Service
This team was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us realize that we needed a 40ft storage instead of the 30ft storage we thought that we needed. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Good location. Offered a smaller unit with drive up access. They also had moving supplies for sale in the office. So far it's been a pretty good experience.

Friendly and helpful
They were very helpful and friendly, the only reason I didn't give them a higher rating was because there seemed to be some miscommunication in their system. They were unaware of my AAA discount or that I signed up through Spare Foot. And right after I called and set everything up, I got a confirmation call that didn't have any of my updated information. But everyone I spoke to was polite and courteous helped me to remedy the issue.

The Managers went out of their way to help me
I was in a bind, a typical male, I procrastinated to the last day I was supposed to move out of my old place. Not only did Devon storage wait up for me past 10pm, they even allowed me a one time courtesy to continue moving throughout the night. Had they not extended their time and understanding to me, I would have lost all my possessions. I recommend Devon Storage to anyone who wants a fair price and managers that care about you.
