Clean, convenient and cheap.
Everything I wanted. Just a secure, place to store some stuff I am not using. Expect units to be clean? Check. Close and easy to access? Check. One problem: getting my free lock to secure the unit. They have your lock in a box near the entrance. Problem was they gave me the wrong combination to get into the box for two days. I would have just put my own lock on the unit, but only one of those round locks will fit, so that was a no go, had to leave my unit unsecured the first weekend. I would have expected a representative to come straighten the situation out. I understand the savings for the company not to have an office and pay someone to do nothing all day; but they should have someone on call to deal with issues like this. Got my lock (and the right combination) on Monday, all is well.

Hard to find, got there late slept in the car till morning. but we made it.
wow very dusty, other than that, it was good. I had to change my pant they got so dirty just on entering the storage.

The process of renting and opening the space was fast and easy. The location was easy to find and conditions were as stated. I actually moved in a day early (the night before) but everything was ready and waiting. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable.
