Simple, quick and easy!
I've had several storage experiences in the past and out of my 25 years of living I spent most of them on the road or homeless, unfortunately. But on the brightside, StorageMart has changed my life for the better. Easy access with your key and pin along with a reasonable price monthly. Would definitely recommend

More Storage Than I Had Expected
The StorageMart in Morgan Hill is everything I wanted from a storage center. It requires a code on either side of the gate for extra security, has platform trucks (flatbed dollies), and has excellent customer service to boot. I wasn’t exactly sure what the unit would look like in person because I had only seen pictures online but it was a lot bigger than I had expected. However, because you can cancel and/or switch your reservations with no hassle, there wasn’t much to lose. The lady who helped me was very friendly and showed me to my unit and also showed me where I can find the dollies. She was very informative and answered all the questions I had with ease. There are only two floors in each building so the renters are never too far from their stuff. My only complaint would be that the units are sometimes difficult to open but it’s a minor inconvenience when you consider the value you’re getting.

Quick, helpful, and perfect for what we were looking for.
Storage mart was super communicative throughout the whole process. From looking online, to calling and checking up with me when we arrived, the young ladies were hard at work but one of them took the time to walk us diresctly to our room, and even helped us switch our desired room and saved us some money. Units are clean, and above ground so there is no danger of flooding in winter rains. The price is reasonable caompared to surrounding storage facilities. The gates always seem to be in good repair.

Pretty good place. Very friendly staff and excellent communication and patience with delays or last minute changes on the part of the customer. Great phone service. Didn't like how the $10 "premium insurance fee" was not mentioned at signup/ reservation time, but other than that good experience so far. Really love the 24 hour access feature!
